The health aspect and caretaking was excellent. I was having one of the toughest time in my life when the hospital took care of me well. The cleanliness, tidiness was excellent. Staffs were good. I want to raise a bit concern about the condition of patient washroom (6th floor, I was admitted in 626 bed). Also, I would appreciate if the treatment cost can be a little bit more affordable to students, and common people.

Apple Hospital our experience was totally opposite of what we heard about hospital...It seems like the Apple hospital team is totally changed and also blessed with some so good personalities....I would like to mention some names.Dr. Varun is really really good...kind in nature...he explained us each and every situation of our baby...he was very helpful...A Dr like him is blessing as he did not create a single moment which make patient feel fear...he explained us every thing in brief and evey time make sure that we feel comfortable...Thank you Dr. Varun...Dr. karan of emergency ward is very polite and helpful to us...It was the first point when we are admitting in hospital...He make sure we don't get panic and concern about hospital facilities...Thank you Dr. Karan...Mr. Ankit sir of mediclaim department was such a nice person being the head of department he was very down to earth...He made our every query solved and make sure that we don't face any problem related to our claim...Thank Ankita sir...!!!Nursing team is also very much supportive...really thank you for your support...!!!Thank you Apple hospital team...!!!

Sharing my own experience when I was admitted in one of the toughest situation where hospital was running on highest occupancy. But the nursing care, the medical care and management of the hospital was so up to the mark that they didn't compromised on the quality of care. Especially, the nursing team was so skilled and even in such chaos they treated every patient with a smile and considered their concern on top priority. We were so happy with the nursing care that again when we needed a hospital bed for another family member, we chosed Apple Hospital and got the same response. Thanks to the nursing leader for aligning the team so well and delivering excellent patient care.

Worst staff with no service. Most arrogant staff and doesn’t care about patients health. They Don’t even accept their mistakes and even argue with the patients. The staff needs training how to talk to patients and provide correct information. Especially miss Monika boriya who provides irrelevant and misleading information to patients

Doctors are very friendly and Staff is also cooperative but the service is very slow.The room formerly provided was smelling bad and they took too long to change the room,initially they refused to change the room but when i asked to call the senior doctor they agreed to change my room.They dont even provide the tv remote in a private room,every time u have to call the on duty guard for switching the tv on.
